## Starting price signal (Western Canada)

For **Edmonton and Calgary** metro areas, **2–3 hour** bookings often start around **CAD $1,600** as a baseline; longer durations, peak dates, travel outside core areas, and BC or Saskatchewan events are priced accordingly with travel itemized on the quote.

## Package tiers (duration focus)

### The Trailblazer (2–3 hours)

- **Best for:** Smaller celebrations — birthdays, community/church events, small school events, neighbourhood gatherings
- **Includes:** Operator, delivery/setup/teardown, route consultation, liability insurance

### The Summit (4–6 hours)

- **Best for:** Corporate picnics and team days, school fun days, festivals and community fairs, family reunions
- **Includes:** Operator (and support staff as needed), delivery/setup/teardown, event flow and route planning, liability insurance, priority date scheduling

### The Expedition (6–8+ hours)

- **Best for:** Large festivals and rodeos, major corporate activations (200+ guests), mall and retail activations, multi-day events
- **Includes:** Full crew with dedicated operator, delivery/setup/teardown, advanced planning and coordination, liability insurance, priority scheduling and multi-day options, optional custom branding (discuss when quoting)

## Booking mechanics

- **Deposit:** Required to confirm a date after a quote is accepted; terms are in the booking agreement.
- **Cancellation:** As stated in the booking agreement; rescheduling is accommodated when possible.
